No. 99329469

MOTION FOR COURT
TO REVIEW ALL CASES OF CITIZENS EVER CHARGED
BY DEFENDANT'S PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS
AND FOR THE STATE TO
LOSE POLICE/JUDICIAL JURISDICTIONAL RIGHTS OVER MINORS

NOW COMES the defendant, by pro se, and pursuant to her fellow citizen's Constitutional Rights and her own and to Judicial and Attorney Conduct and Supreme Court Rules and according to the Laws and Commandments of God and in the interest of justice and asks the Court for:

  1. A Court review of any and all citizens ever charged by the prosecuting attorneys, currently of Branch 46, that were involved in this case against the accused and that which citizens have been found guilty, made a deal of any kind, including but not limited to state on leave, paid a fine, performed any service or jail and/or prison time.
  2. That the Court grant IMMEDIATE and AT-ONCE release of any one mentioned in paragraph 1 who is currently doing time, probation and/or service for the State while their cases are being reviewed on the grounds of receiving incompetent prosecution.
  3. A notification within 90 days upon that citizen if charges are planned to be brought back upon any citizen mentioned in paragraph 1.
  4. That the state of Illinois, with its public and well known problem with incompetent and unfair prosecuting attorneys, lose all right to jurisdiction over any child under age 18 in any of its police, judicial, corrections, and/or punishment institutions.

WHEREFORE, the defendant moves this court to grant the motion for the Court to review all the cases that prosecuting attorneys in this instant case have handled that resulted in a negative outcome to the accused and to remove from the state its jurisdictional rights over minor children in any of its police, judicial, corrections, and/or punishment institutions.
