The People of State of Illinois, Plaintiff v. Gale A |

No. 99329469 |

MOTION FOR COURT NOW COMES the defendant, by pro se, and asks the court according to Judicial and Attorney Rules of Conduct, to recommend that the state review its investigative process in this case and respond as to why the complainant was not charged for withholding her commissions and other actual monies owed, at least Class C misdemeanors, and as to why the complainant's wife and then fiance was not charged with assault and to proceed forthwith with such charges against them and in support there of states:
3.That the complainant's wife, then fiance, Amy Maclean nee Greenman, did assault the defendant, threaten her, steal her property and destroy it in the presence of security guards of 29 S. Lasalle in Chicago Illinois as reported to the Chicago police on September 23, 1999 by the defendant in this case. 4. Whereas the state did not provide equal protection under the law and instead exhibited class bias in siding with an extremely wealthy businessman, the complainant, over a lower-middle class worker, the defendant, to charge this worker with a crime and thus effect her abilities to collect her actual money owed and later punitive damages in civil litigation. WHEREFORE, the defendant moves this court to grant the motion of a prosecutorial investigative review of this case and that the state cure its defects of selective prosecution by pressing charges against Adam Maclean and Amy Maclean nee Greenman.
