No. 99329469 |

AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO BE ALLOWED Gale A., upon her word as a Judaic-Christian and under penalties of perjury, moves that the court does not hold her in contempt nor compel her to obey court customs that are against her religion, and that in so doing is not prejudicial against her. She states that:
It is against her religion to stand before other men and women according to the 10 Commandments, of which one is to have no false gods before the Lord. She is not prejudicial about not standing before men and women or state sponsored functions and/or customs: she does not stand at ballgames, concerts, and other such venues. She only rises in custom at a church, temple or other house of worship. She has been removed several times from some courts while being present as a member of the general public for refusing to rise at an "All Rise" command and has challenged this with judicial complaint boards. She agrees to show other signs of respect to the court that do not conflict with her religious convictions. Signed under penalties of perjury before me, a notary public, of Cook County, Illinois, by _______________, this ____________ day of ____________, 19____. ______________________
