No. 99329469

AMENDMENT II TO MOTION FOR EMERGENCY ORDER OF PROTECTION
AGAINST COMPLAINANT ET AL

  1. That she requests this order of protection also be extended to Patti (Parinaz?) Eshaei and Judge George Smith.
  2. That she attended the State of the State's Attorney's Office speech given by Richard A. Divine on April 5, 2000, sponsored by the City Club of Chicago.
  3. Mr. Divine made a point, and brought out first thing in his written remarks, that his office seeks to bring to justice the murderers of activist Arnold Mireles, while in this affiant activist's experience, she has only witnessed activists punished for their concerns by the "justice" system, and many times with long, long prison sentences, and except for this Mireles instance does not remember even one single instance of an activist being protected by the system -- even a D.O.A. activist such as Mireles, whom Divine identified in his speech as a hero to his community.
  4. Defense of an activist by Divine is a precedent in protection of activists, as which the defendant has previously proclaimed herself to the state and to the court and which she had proclaimed herself to the complainants as her first order of business to them on or about June 25, 1999 while seeking her fair, just and legal settlement of her wrongful, and illegal under Illinois Employment law, termination.
  5. That the assisting Prosecuting Attorneys in her case have not bought onto their boss' precedent nor commitment to justice, integrity and fairness, have sided with the equivalent of slum landlords in the Mireles case -- in this instant case the Wrox complainants -- and have already committed acts of over-zealousness and vindictiveness as well as incompetence in their non-investigation of the complainants in this instant case.
  6. Patti Eshaei, though removed from this instant case to date, has continued to behave unprofessionally towards the defendant and continues in her position of tremendous power as a prosecuting attorney.
  7. The brother organization of the ARDC has at this point decided not to discipline Eshaei for her misconduct, although this defendant is not finished pursuing that avenue of "justice", and such a verdict can only encourage Eshaei to continue her tyrannical and lawless behavior.
  8. The Judicial Inquiry Board has notified her that its findings regarding Judge Smith are secret but this defendant has no reason to hold any faith in self-disciplinary systems and is herself, as a member of a proclaimed democracy, not subject to a self-disciplinary system but is subject to severe punishments including incarceration by the state and court ... so where's the democracy?
  9. The defendant by law has the right to protection not only from depraved, wealthy complainants but also from powerful and immune authorities, authorities who investigate themselves and find themselves innocent even when they clearly are not, and she seeks such protection from this court. Divine proclaims to be there to protect victims. Who would say this defendant is not a victim? First of a wrongful termination. Second, of a wrongful prosecution. Third, of a wrongful incarceration. Three strikes and you're out! Oops, for a minute there I thought the laws applied to you, too.
