MOTION FOR EMERGENCY ORDER OF PROTECTION
TO BE SERVED UPON COMPLAINANT AND HIS ASSOCIATES

NOW COMES the defendant, by pro se, and requests an order of protection against the complainant, Adam C. Maclean, and other business owners and/or managers and/or any staff member and against anyone that any of these parties might hire under 725 ILCS 245/1 and in support thereof states as follows:

    1. That the defendant presently is charged with the offense of harassment by telephone, 720 ILCS 135/1-1 wherein the complainant is Adam C. Maclean.
    2. That the defendant has reason to fear harm from the complainant in that complainant has lied, cheated and deceived the defendant on account of monetary considerations while the defendant was an employee of complainant and can prove it through witness testimony and business records.
    3. That the defendant loudly and publicly protests and plans to continue loud and public protests as a moral and Judaic-Christian witness to the unethical and illegal acts of complainant through legal means of protest and boycott.
    4. That the Illinois Attorney General and the police have not provided defendant with equal protection under the law but have sided with the complainant who is a very wealthy businessman against a lower-middle class, white collar worker.
    5. Whereas the complainant's fiancé and business relation of complainant , Amy Greenman, assaulted the defendant on or about September 23, 1999 and there is a police report of such assault.
    6. Whereas the defendant twice sought relief in the form of charges against the complainant from the Illinois Attorney General, as described in defendant's Motion to Dismiss based on 14th Amendment, at her wrongful termination from Wrox, the business owned by complainant, wherein defendant did not receive all monies due her that she had already earned and in the approximate amount of $100,000,000.
    7. Whereas the defendant is seeking a significant monetary settlement and preferably one that is an out of court agreement from the complainant over a variety of business disputes wherein the defendant claims that the complainant caused her significant harm and claims that the complainant committed illegal acts.
    8. Whereas the defendant has reason to believe that the complainant is psychopathic over the issues of money and power and believes that he will not only continue his pattern of illegal and unethical acts, but escalate them and do anything, including physically harmful acts against the defendant, to protect and promote his gain and furtherance of obtaining and keeping money and power and the defendant feels she can prove it through her testimony, witness testimony and evidence gained from complainant's business records.
    9. Whereas the defendant has reason to believe that the complainant suffers from a drastic superiority complex accompanied by delusions of grandeur through spending his entire lifetime in an environment of class distinction and privilege of wealth, wherein he refers to his workers as "little" people and "unwhole" people, and could thereby have little regard for such basic human rights of his workers and ex-workers such as the right to live at any time one of these "little" people challenges and upsets his psychosis.

WHEREFORE, the defendant moves this court to grant the motion for such an order of protection by an immediate date certain.
