NOW COMES the defendant, Gale A., by pro se, and pursuant to Supreme Court rules and in the interest of justice states:

1. That the defendant presently is charged with the offense of harassment by telephone, 720 ILCS 135/1-1.
2. That the defendant has seen no paperwork in this case, though was granted her motions of Discovery and for a Bill of Particulars on November 18, 1999, making her suspect that the state is hiding information from her since they are not producing it.
3. That the defendant does not agree to ANY dismissal offer by the State without a Settlement Agreement from the State.
4. That should the State refuse to bring this case to trial by dropping charges or dismissing with prejudice, the defendant may want to pursue a motion for a review of this decision by the State's Attorney and/or the Court and/or may also decide to file some sort of appeals and/or civil charges relating to this case.
5. That she wants all records of this case available publicly.
6. That four (4 duplicate) paper files of the case are kept and maintained separately and in separate Clerk offices.

WHEREFORE, the defendant moves this court to grant the motion for the State's Attorney and the Chicago Police to preserve any and all records in any and all media made in connection with the instant case, the Court preserves judge/clerk/stenographer records, and that the defendant's motions and other submissions to the court and the state all remain on file and a matter of public record and that four (4) copies are made of everything and stored and maintained separately for no less than 50 years.
