No. 99329469

AFFIDAVIT NOTICE TO ADVANCE CASE ON MARCH 23, 2000:

NOW COMES the defendant, Gale A., by pro se, and still upon her word as a Judaic-Christian and under penalties of perjury as in numerous filings in this case before a notary and having served notice for proper hearings of her motions and states that:

  1. She has filed numerous motions in this case and has withdrawn several that she feels could be considered frivolous by the Court and/or that could cause her trouble in later, further retaliations by powerful prosecutors, as she has already suffered from prosecutor and judge criminal misconduct on the basis of such approved motions.
  2. None of her significant motions have yet to be heard, yet this case has been going for over six months.
  3. Hearing her numerous motions at the same time of jury selection seems in disregard of her rights to prepare for trial and has the appearance of unfairness to a Pro Se Defendant.
  4. She wishes the following motions as listed on her previously filed Motions List that are still applicable but have not been heard to be heard on March 23, 2000:
    1. Bill of Particulars and Discovery to be Ordered by Date Certain.
    2. Prosecution to be sanctioned for not delivering Bill of Particulars and Discovery, in a timely and as promised fashion.
    3. Demand Competent Prosecution.
    4. Complainants to be ordered to provide to defendant Witnesses Addresses and in some instances to provide names and addresses.
    5. Written disposition of Motions.
    6. Cure Defects of Arraignment.
    7. Conference with the Judge.
    8. Preservation and Production of Handwritten Notes.
    9. Enforcement of the Law/Writ of Mandamus.
    10. Assistance of counsel.
    11. Continuance for affidavits and Pro Se Leeway.
    12. Order of Protection or restraining order against Complainants.
    13. Prosecuting Attorneys Information.
    14. Judge/Clerk Information.
    15. Cameras in the Courtroom.
    16. Dismiss: based on Ecclesiastical Law, 4th, 9th, or 14th Amendment.
    17. Command structures of police, states attorney and investigative processes of both bodies and performance standards.
  5. She will schedule a further Motion to Advance this case well before May 15 to hear further motions she has filed in this case.
