AFFIDAVIT NOTICE AND DEMAND:

JUDGE GEORGE SMITH AND PROSECUTING ATTORNEY PATTI ESHAEI
MAY HAVE NO JURISDICTION OVER DEFENDANT DUE TO CONFLICT OF INTEREST

NOW COMES the defendant, Gale A., by pro se, and still upon her word as a Judaic-Christian and under penalties of perjury as in numerous filings in this case before a notary and serves notice and demand that:

1. She has turned Judge George Smith and Prosecuting Attorney Patti Eshaei into the United States Department of Justice for the crimes they committed against her in open court on March 2, 2000, causing her illegal incarceration for two days and one night, and causing her great harms, including but not limited to physical illness.
2. She has turned them into various lawyer/judge complaint organizations.
3. She is filing a Federal Civil Rights suit against them.

She serves notice and demand that neither Judge George Smith nor prosecuting attorney Patti Eshaei may have any further jurisdiction over her in this case or any other case as such would constitute a conflict of interest.
