MOTION IN LIMINE TO PROHIBIT THE ASSISTANT STATE'S ATTORNEY FROM DISPLAYING EXHIBITS DURING OPENING STATEMENT NOW COMES the defendant, Gale A., by pro se, and moves the Court prohibit the Assistant State's Attorney from displaying to the jury any evidence or exhibits he will later seek to admit into evidence and in making inflammatory and/or prejudicial remarks at any time during the trial, in support of which she states:
WHEREFORE, the defendant respectfully requests that this Court prohibit the State's use of potential exhibits during Opening Statements and prohibit the State from making inflammatory and/or prejudicial remarks at any time in the presence of the jury.
