MOTION FOR ACCUSED TO HAVE HER CHARGES
REMAIN ON THE BOOKS WITH NO
EXPUNGING, SEALING OR VACATING BY THE STATE AFTER DISPOSITION OF THIS CASE

NOW COMES the defendant, by pro se, and pursuant to her Constitutional Rights and in the interest of justice:

    1. That the defendant presently is charged with the offense of harassment by telephone, 720 ILCS 135/1-1.
    2. That the defendant, the one standing accused, plans to write about this charge, possibly appeal it, and use information around it in various civil suits, including but not limited to her multi-million dollar suit against Wrox Press Inc.
    3. That the defendant does not want this charge disappearing like her name on her property deed at 70 W. Burton did.

WHEREFORE, the defendant moves this court to grant the motion for the State to keep this charge against the defendant on the books.
