AFFIDAVIT EMERGENCY MOTION TO ADVANCE CASE ON APRIL 6, 2000: NOW COMES the defendant, Gale A., by pro se, and still upon her word as a Judaic-Christian and under penalties of perjury as in numerous filings in this case before a notary and having served notice for proper hearings of her motion and states that:
8. The defendant did give the two weeks notice, though considering the fact her motions have been before the court for several months and that she has scheduled numerous hearings on different dates -- to have them heard -- but something else always happened instead so she has yet to have them heard, she wants it on record that she objects to this further delay -- she should have had the names and addresses of these witnesses long before this date in order to already be investigating and preparing for trial. ________________
