NOW COMES the defendant, by pro se, and asks the court to compel the City of Chicago Police who took the complainant's charge against the defendant to provide the defendant with its investigative process and states:

1. That the defendant presently is charged with the offense of harassment by telephone, 720 ILCS 135/1-1.
2. That the defendant is representing herself pro se.
3. That an Officer Mercurio called her at her home to let her know that a charge was placed against her.
4. That a Sgt. Golczak signed a police report against the defendant.
5. That the defendant placed an assault report against Amy Greenman, one of the person's on Golcazk's report.
6. That the Warrant Officer refused to issue a warrant against Amy Greenman, making a judicial decision.
7. That no order was given for Amy Greenman to be charged with a crime.
8. That the defendant has the right to know who is giving orders to charge and not to charge, so that she can investigate all of their records and backgrounds, including commanding officers, detectives and warrant officers.

WHEREFORE, the defendant moves this court to grant the motion for the Command Structure of the Chicago Police Department by date certain.
