No. 99329469

MOTION FOR COMMAND STRUCTURE OF
PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS FOR THE STATE

NOW COMES the defendant, Gale A. by pro se, and according to her Constitutional rights and by Freedom of Information Acts asks the court to compel the Cook County State's Attorney of Chicago Illinois that provided the Court with its prosecuting attorneys in this case to provide the defendant with its command structure and states:

    1. That the defendant presently is charged with the offense of harassment by telephone, 720 ILCS 135/1-1.
    2. That the defendant is representing herself pro se.
    3. That the prosecutors in the case against her have at best bungled and mangled her case as detailed in a variety of motions before the Court and have let the true criminal in this case, complainant Adam C. Maclean, totally off the hook by virtue of his wealth among other things.
    4. That the prosecution's bungling in this case is not an isolated incident, as detailed in numerous mainstream news reports.
    5. That these prosecutors have superiors to whom they are accountable.
    6. That these superiors have more blame and fault in this wrongful prosecution than the acting prosecuting attorneys.
    7. That the defendant is entitled to know who these superiors are and why they have failed to provide her and the State with competent and fair prosecuting attorneys, and asks them to detail why such a problem even exists, considering the number of attorneys that are available in this county, state and nation.

WHEREFORE, the defendant moves this court to grant the motion for the Command Structure of the Cook County State's Attorney of Chicago Illinois by date certain.
