No. 99329469

 MOTION FOR COURT-APPOINTED CO-COUNSEL
TO PRO SE DEFENDANT

NOW COMES the defendant, by pro se, and asks the court to allow her court-appointed co-counsel for assistance pursuant to Sup. Ct. Rule 401, Note 14 which states that it is within the trial court's discretion to allow such, and in support thereof states:

    1. That the defendant presently is charged with the offense of harassment by telephone, 720 ILCS 135/1-1.
    2. That the defendant and her common law husband did in the 1980's through cases becoming related to those during "Operation Greylord" suffer serious harm and trauma from many attorneys, including attorneys whom under normal circumstance are considered "cream of the crop". Sandra S v. Robert Z. W in Syracuse, New York.
    3. That the defendant being out of work and with limited assets cannot afford to hire an attorney in this charge as cited in paragraph 1.
    4. Whereas since the 1980's, the defendant prefers to represent herself during any judicial proceeding but does prefer competent assistance with the technicalities of legal procedure and knowledge of substantive law.

WHEREFORE, the defendant moves this court to grant the motion for court-appointed co-counsel to advise and assist pro se defendant by date certain.
