NOW COMES the defendant, Gale A., by pro se, and still upon her word as a Judaic-Christian and under penalties of perjury as in numerous filings in this case before a notary and asks the court and the state according to Federal and State Constitutional Law, and to numerous Biblical Laws and in the interest of Justice, for the state to back off right now and "judge righteously, you shall not be partial to persons in judgment but you shall hear the small as well as the great" as commanded in Deuteronomy and for the state to stop its high-powered, high speed train in their improper, bad and wrongful applications of laws on behalf of a wealthy, corporate criminal from the U.K. upon her, a lower-middle class law-abiding U.S.A. citizen, while not charging the mighty with his crimes which is against both man's and God's laws, come to a cooperative agreement with her and states:

1. That the defendant presently is charged with one count of harassment by telephone, 720 ILCS 135/1-1 and one count of harassment by electronic media, 720 ILCS 135/1-2.
2. That if the Court finds this motion frivolous, that the defendant respectfully objects to that in advance, asks for the motion to stand for appellate review of its merits and will accept whatever sanction the Court deems necessary to put upon her in her disagreement of this motion's frivolity vs. meritorious factors. "Blessed are those who are persecuted for the sake of justice". St. Matthew.
3. That representatives of the state, the justice system and Wrox are the ones in trouble and in harm's way in this case and not the defendant and a good part of this motion is dedicated to reminding you of truths you already know are right and correct but somehow have failed to take into account in your actions against the defendant and toward the complainant in this case, perhaps due to your hectic and demanding work. "You shall not pervert judgment, you shall not be partial, neither take a bribe; for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise men in judgment and perverts the cause of the innocent." Deuteronomy. "You shall do no injustice in judgment, being partial to the poor or the mighty." Leviticus. Taking Adam Maclean's charges but not the defendant's is partiality to the mighty and bribery has taken place in the form of favoritism even if there has been no actual exchange of any dollars or material quid pro quo.
4. That the defendant as a Christian is a Christian Solider and fighter for justice and righteousness, not a Sunday-go-to-meetings Christian while agreeing to being an instrument of the devil in her daily life as is the complainant in this case and as are the "see no evil-doers" in many of life's troublesome affairs -- troublesome affairs generally caused by types exactly like the complainant, abusive exploiters who worship money and power over all and just can't seem to get enough of either. "You shall not hate your brother in your heart; but you shall in any wise rebuke your neighbor, lest you incur sin because of him." Leviticus.
5. That as a Christian Soldier in her daily life, the defendant considers it a "Good day to die" every day of her life -- "I am a good shepherd, a good shepherd risks his life the for the sake of his sheep." St. Matthew -- as every day of her life she fights the war that has been visited upon this planet between good and evil and she fights it for one purpose only, the right to keep her own soul and she fights it within the constraints of man-made laws; she'd love nothing more than to face Adam Maclean one-on-one in a duel, but doesn't because this has been made illegal, but were she and he able to do this and agreeable to doing this, from what she knows of Adam Maclean he would rig that arena -- however, this dishonorable way is not God's way but the way to soul oblivion and all of Adam Maclean's millions and billions of dollars cannot now or ever buy God, righteousness or his right to keep his soul.
6. That as a Christian soldier, the defendant is not that type of Christian who tries to convert others to keep their souls but leaves that choice up to them since God gave man free will in order for each to make this choice -- what do you want, the gift of the eternal soul or the gifts of the world -- but that she does legally in Christian ways fight against devils masquerading as Christians who commit bad acts against her or hers, such as Adam Maclean did, who did inflict criminal acts and suffering upon her while she was in a lesser position than he himself, while she did nothing against him but did do much for him, and that he did so for his own selfish, arrogant, opportunistic and egoistic gains. "If you walk contrary to me, I will bring seven times more plagues upon you," Deuteronomy.
7. That she accepts only a direct relationship with God through prayer, meditation and how she leads her daily life, without interception of a priest or other, so she can tell you directly that she is commanded by God's truth and word to inform you that it is all of you, each and every one of you, that is in trouble and in danger this day, while it is she who is free and out of harm's way and for you to back off now while given this Christian opportunity to do so, for in the battlefield before God it is yours whose blood is being spilled but it is not the blood of your body as it is the defendant's in this wrongful prosecution, but the blood of your soul and when facing God, this is a one-on-one proposition done eye to eye and heart to heart, not with God up on some pulpit -- and she reminds you that in facing Cosmic Law the currency is acts you committed not dollars you accumulated nor position you've obtained, there is no immunity, no lawyer advocates, no way to escape, no hiding your name and your deeds, no unaccountability and that the bigger and more powerful life you led the bigger is your inevitable accounting.
8. That as a Christian Soldier in her daily life she can tell you that you are in spiritual trouble for taking God's name in vain, modeling your system after a church, emblazoning "In God We Trust" on your walls while you abuse your positions of your authority over the little guy, for barking and growling and visiting your mad dog fits upon an innocent and wrongfully accused United States' citizen and Christian diplomat from God's cosmos in favor of a powerful white collar criminal from the U.K. whose books and whose actions cannot withstand the light of day -- God's light. "Yet men have loved darkness more than light, because their works were evil. For every one who does detestable things hates the light and he does not come to the light, because his works cannot be covered but he who does truthful things comes to the light." St. Matthew. The defendant is doing her Christian duty, defending herself and the world from the likes of a morally bankrupt human being causing untold misery -- "you shall rebuke your neighbor, lest you incur sin because of him," and the state decided to enter this war and entered it on the wrong side when it had every opportunity to do otherwise. Now it is you, all of you, who will bear responsibility, not only for the devastation you have thrown and continue to throw at a Christian Soldier, but for future inequities committed by Adam Maclean and they will be yours to bear and that this is the position that you have rushed yourselves into and there is not just one final accounting but that judgment day is every second of our lives and she presents to you that you cannot claim Christian values, hold up God in the courtroom and behave un-Christian like towards the defendant at the same time -- that goes way beyond any frivolity factor or lawyerly twists and manipulations of the truth. "I will judge this house forever for the iniquity which he knew when his sons reviled the people and he did not rebuke them." Samuel.
9. That she does not want to be subjected to them, but does not fear your railroading and retaliation powers, your power to wield the club, your power to throw her in a gulag where she can somehow manage to stab herself 40 or 50 times in the back in a Department of Corrections determined "suicide", for as Jesus told us, it is not this life that matters, but the life eternal that matters: "He who is concerned about his life shall lose it." St. Matthew.
10. That as a Christian soldier she must remind the prosecutors for the state in this case that they are bearing false witness against her in their lawyerly and must-win at all costs attempts to make improper charges brought up against her stick, since even they cannot prove to God something existed that never did exist and that is the defendant's intent in this case being unlawful and asks them if their win at all cost needs include the endangerment of their own souls because this is the position they have put themselves into in this case, and if they're sleeping on the job it's time to wake up and this is their chance to do it. "When a person ...is a witness, if he does not tell it, then he shall suffer for his inequity." Leviticus. Representatives of the state are witnesses before they are prosecutors and they have not told of Adam Maclean's obvious and blatant crimes nor done a thing about them.
11. That as a Christian Soldier, she loves the idea of a trial in this case and that from her standpoint she only stands to win for if found innocent as she is and expects to be found, her freedom of speech rights and every United State's citizen's freedom of speech rights will have been reinvigorated and if she is found guilty she will not only appeal but her credibility among her fellow activists will go through the roof -- activists who are also Christian Soldiers even if they are not spiritually aware enough to realize that this is who they really are, Christian Soldiers, fighting for all of humankind, not on their knees to the wealthy and their bought protectors so that their privileged fat lives can be made fatter in terms of dollars and bloated ego and so that they have a more peaceful and materially rewarding lifetime at the expense of their fellow man and their own souls and against God -- acting out a life of wallowing in the mud of materiality and ego satisfaction: "What is a man profited, if he shall gain the world and lose his own soul?" St. Matthew. "Mankind is my business." Charles Dickens. "Do not turn aside after vain things." Samuel. She even knows Christian Soldiers who deny God, "How can there be a God when the world is so horrible?" and she knows that these Christian Soldiers are far closer to God than any Adam Maclean of this world because of their acts on behalf of justice even despite their doubts. "Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for justice." St. Matthew.
12. That as a Christian soldier she will accept no devil's deal with the state as offered on January 27, 2000: that the state will dismiss on leave while the defendant agrees that she committed unlawful acts when she did no such thing but that she will accept only an honorable Christian offer and that is that the state dismiss this case in full with prejudice or some other rightful, lawful and Christian manner while demanding that Adam Maclean pay wage and wage supplement monies owed to her, charging him if necessary for his violation of the Employment Contract Act, 820 ILCS 115/1 et seq. "If any person sins and commits an inequity ... or has defrauded his neighbor ... he shall restore it in principal and shall add a fifth part to it and give it to him to whom it belongs"."You shall not deal falsely." "You shall not defraud one another." Leviticus. "You shall not cheat the wages of a hired laborer who is poor." Deuteronomy. To the rich man taking a poor man's only ewe: "He shall restore the ewe lamb fourfold because he did this thing and because he had no pity." Samuel. "That which has gone out of your lips you shall keep and perform." Deuteronomy.
13. That she refuses all wrongfully applied state coercion tactics against her but is neither an unreasonable person, unforgiving nor an unloving person as is her Christian way and she believes in cooperation but that such cooperation is truly cooperative, not one dictated by those with the power positions wielding clubs and threats and piling on punishments and threats when she did nothing wrong in standing up on her feet to face down Adam Maclean's evils -- "you shall chase your enemies," Leviticus -- and that such cooperation is done in a truly Christian manner.
14. That upon the state and court's rightful actions to demand the complainant to pay the earned commissions, awards, benefits, expenses and other monies he owes the defendant and is obligated to pay her under Illinois State Law and as detailed in Defendant Exhibit D already filed in this case and in a formal complaint sent to the State's Attorney on February 21, 2000, including placing a charge on the complainant if it comes to that, as the state is bound to protect the defendant's right to her earned wages and wage supplements according to the Employment Contract Act, and the promises they made to man and God, that the defendant will cooperatively agree to stop her lawful by intent direct communications campaign against Wrox as detailed in the following settlement agreement. "And the judges shall judge them and they shall acquit the innocent and condemn the guilty." Samuel. Christ tells us his purpose in St. Matthew, "For this I was born, that I may bear witness concerning the truth." So must be the purpose of any proclaimed Christian of which the defendant proclaims herself. There has been much bullying, blustering, hiding and covering up in this case and now the defendant has some demands by man's law and by God's law: now is the time for truth and the defendant will not and cannot by her Christian Soldier duties allow anything else independent of the state's ability to pile on the punishments. "Blessed are those who are persecuted for the sake of justice". St. Matthew. In the people's Courtrooms which you have made your own, you are proclaiming yourselves Jews or Christians but primarily Christians. Therefore, you are commanded by God to act like Jews or Christians. You cannot commit un-Christian like acts and at the same time keep "In God We Trust" slogans, black robes, pulpits and pews and the requirement of oaths to God.

WHEREFORE, the defendant moves the state and the court to grant the motion to mediate a Christian settlement among Gale A. and Adam Maclean and Robert Greenman and that the state agree to dismiss charges in full against Gale A. in this case and to charge Adam Maclean with violating 820ILCS 115/1 et seq. and charge him with one offense for each day since the day of June 23, 1999 until the day that he does pay wages and wage supplements owed Gale A., which as of today's date of February 22, 2000 is 245 days/offenses if upon the state's warning to Adam Maclean to pay up his lawful obligations that he refuses to do so. The defendant wants it noted that this is a far better deal for the complainant from the state than the defendant received as she was charged with no warning from the state, and that hers is very much a Christian kind of offer.

WHEREFORE in such an agreement the defendant agrees to give her word to have no direct communications with anyone at Wrox that has been initiated by herself.

WHEREFORE the defendant moves that this agreement will be entered into by date certain.
