NOW COMES the defendant, by pro se, and requests the following, pursuant to S.H.A. ch. 38, ¶ 114-2, and requests a bill of particulars, and in support thereof states as follows:

1. That the defendant presently is charged with the offense of harassment by telephone, 720 ILCS 135/1-1.
2. That in order to enable the defendant to prepare her defense to proceed to trial, the defendant needs the following information:
1. The exact date of the offense.
2. The exact time of the offense.
3. The exact location of the offense.
4. Exactly whom "any person at the number" actually is, whereas the nature of the offense in the complaint against her is described as, "made a telephone call to 312-893-8080 to harass Adam Charles Maclean or any person at that number".
5. The exact evidence presented before Judge Edward O'Brien resulting in his finding of probable cause.
6. The exact dates the complainant met with police at 3151 W. Harrison.
7. The exact times the complainant met with police at 3151 W. Harrison.

WHEREFORE, the defendant moves this court to grant the motion for a bill of particulars by a date certain.
