NOW COMES the defendant, by pro se, and to amend her previously filed Motion and previously withdrawn Motion for an Order of Protection against the complainant and states as follows:

1. That the mediator for the defendant in her attempts to regain her already earned commissions from the complainant's company, John Hammar, died on November 10, 1999 from injuries sustained in a mysterious automobile accident that occurred on September 20, 1999, the same time period that the complainant received a copy of the September 17, 1999 article, "136 million verdict for wrongful termination" and around the same time complainant pressed criminal charges against the defendant, on September 21, 1999 and around the same time defendant was assaulted by then Amy Greenman, now Amy Maclean, on September 23, 1999.
2. That the orders of protection available through the Daley Center are for domestic cases only.
3. That the complainant's then fiancé who had criminally attacked the defendant is now the complainant's wife.

WHEREFORE the defendant requests the court reconsider the request for an order of protection.
