I, Gale A., affiant upon my word and under penalties of perjury, and in further response to the motion of a psychiatric exam for the complainant in this case, state that:

1. To my knowledge and belief, complainant acted irrationally in many of his judgments regarding myself, the defendant in this case, making his motives and actions questionable and therefore it is well within reason that he should be required to submit to a psychological examination and evaluation.
2. Erich Fromm, a famous doctor of psychiatry, among other famous psychiatrists and psychologists such as Professor Philip Zimbardo of Standford, state in their writings that overly authoritative people that exhibit extreme behavioral needs to dominate and control others, which behavior Adam C. Maclean does exhibit provable by witness testimony, suffer from sadism. Such a condition causes the authoritarian to inflict pain and suffering on those over which he has under his authority and control and left untreated, such condition will only worsen.
